"Fantastic small local French restaurant. The food was very good. Excellent French cuisine without going "over the top" in the production. Top quality and good portion sizes. Price really not bad, for 4 people wth 12 glasses of wine the total bill was €240. Excellent service . Highly recommended. Only caveat: Sitting outside was a bit noisy, because it is a narrow street. We will cone back to this lovely small restaurant."

"Been there 3 times since I discovered it, back in October. No false note! Great food, from the semainier to the regular menu. The signature sauce is lovely. The bread is crazy. Staff is very kind and the vibe is nice. Probably one of my new favorite place in town! Highly recommended!"

"Absolutely outstanding experience at Bistrot Fanande. The staff were incredibly welcoming and warm, making me feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The entrecôte and salmon tartar were the highlights of the evening – both dishes were perfectly prepared and packed with flavor. A lovely touch was the warm baguette, fresh out of the oven – simple but unforgettable. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience in the area."

"It was a cold January monday night and we showed up at quarter to eight expecting a quiet evening at a restaurant we had been looking forward to visit for ages. By 8.20 the place was full with a greying crowd of locals. The waiter, alone was as attentive and fun with us as the food was a delight. A small menu coupled with delicious wines. There is no doubt about it this is one of the best spots for a midweek dinner or lunch in boulbi."

"Absolutely delicious meal we had there. Correct price for the quality of the food, everything we tried was well executed. Special mention to the exceptional lemon cheese cake we had for dessert. Generous with bold and strong lemon flavors, not too sweet nor too heavy, the perfect way to conclude this beautiful meal. A shame it's only on the temporary menu!"
